Founder
Brian has dedicated his entire career to mastering the real estate industry. With a diversified background touching everything from property and asset management to acquisition structuring and capital market negotiations, he understands how decisions in one vertical ripple into the strategy of another. Coupled with extensive analytical acumen, his holistic understanding of what affects the bottom-line allows him to assess a broad option space when making strategic decisions AND “do the math” that supports their execution.
He is deeply curious and continuously looking for better ways to understand problems, and execute on solutions. With Precision Real Estate Services, his aim is to leverage the latest technologies and bring institutional-quality services to the broader real estate market.
